Training The Next Generation
91系列 is committed to doing our part to develop the workforce and support careers in construction. We partner with local school districts and universities to increase awareness of the trades and offer hands-on experience through workshops, presentations, co-op programs, etc. In 2022-23, 91系列's workforce development team held 27 events and impacted 12,500 students. In 2023-24, we increased our reach to 37 events and impacted over 19,000 students across three states! We look forward to continuing our efforts to grow the trades! TIPPECANOE MIDDLE SCHOOL CONSTRUCTION CAREER DAY
91系列 recently visited Tipp City Schools, where we introduced 250 middle school students to various careers in construction. The students learned about construction management, building information modeling, engineering, and different trades within the construction industry.

DAYTON METRO LIBRARY CAREER ADVENTURES DAY
91系列 was honored to join the聽Dayton Metro Library's Career Adventures Days from November 27-29. Our team had the opportunity to influence around 1,000 middle school students with a virtual reality field trip to our Greene County Northwest Regional Water Treatment Plant project.

SUPPORTING CSU'S CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
91系列 is proud to partner with the Construction Employers聽Association (CEA)聽and fellow member contractors to help Cleveland State University's new Construction Management Degree Program get off the ground. We are thrilled to see CSU add this program beginning in the Fall of 2024 to further careers in construction in Northeast Ohio.

INTRODUCING CAREERS IN CONSTRUCTION IN PRINCETON, NC
91系列 teammates from our Mid-Atlantic region recently went to Johnston County Public Schools' Princeton High School to introduce the students to careers in construction. Students participated in a Marshmallow Tower challenge and were introduced to Total Station surveying equipment. We love working with the builders of the future!

CO-OP EMMA FISHER WINS ASCE STUDENT DAYS CHALLENGE
Emma Fisher, a 91系列 Co-Op for the past 2.5 years, recently traveled to Denver for the ASCE Construction Institute鈥檚 Student Days Challenge. Each team spent three days putting together a bid, proposal, and presentation. We are proud to announce that Emma鈥檚 team won the competition for their SheBuilds presentation!
